Delivery Policy

As per the terms and conditions laid down by the nbpdcl, every consumer who pays the utility bill online will be provided with an printable Acknowledgment e-Receipt after successful completion of payment. The consumer who registered their email-id and mobile no. will get the information of payment on e-mail as well as SMS on their mobile.

Refund Policy

In the event of refund of the amount to the consumer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the Consumer on the concerned credit / debit card through Internet Payment Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made.

The Transaction Processing Fee inclusive of service tax for Payment Gateway Facility - Credit/ Debit Card shall be charged from nbpdcl Consumers and will not be refundable. Any claim of interest on refund amount will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

If any transaction fails, the same will be refunded to the respective A/C of the payee within 2-3 days by the Bill Desk after reconciliation. The other terms will remain same as the Refund policy.
