All electric consumers are requested to register your complaint regarding wrong electricity bills or other complaint related to electricity on Online Complaint/Online Grievance of NBPDCL Website www.nbpdcl.co.in. A Unique complaint identification number will be provided to the consumer after registration of complaint on the grievance portal so that one can get updated information about his/her complaint redressal.
